Today was semi final day in the Fred Cane KO cup in the SMJFL where the girls were up against a good team in RNE yellows.
There wasn’t much between the two teams in the first half which finished with both teams level at 0-0. The second half started much like the first but the girls made the breakthrough with Halle scoring a good goal. 1 became 2 with another goal from Tiana and the game was won with Abbie scoring a third goal to finish the game with a 3-0 win and on to the final in May.
Well done to all the girls but especially to our player of the game in Halle who opened the scoring and was brilliant throughout.
