Team Description:
Tytherington FC U10’s 1987 are set to compete in the Mid Cheshire League for the 2025–26 season, having previously spent two successful seasons playing in the Manchester Youth Super League. This talented and tight-knit group is backed by a fantastic team of coaches and incredibly supportive parents, creating a strong foundation both on and off the pitch.
The team is managed and coached by Erik Lyall and Geoff Squire, who lead with passion, commitment, and a clear focus on development. Training takes place on Tuesday evenings, with matches played on Saturdays, offering the players regular opportunities to improve and enjoy their football.
Always eager to push themselves, the team thrives on challenge and competition. They play with determination and spirit, relishing the chance to test their abilities at a good level while maintaining a fun, respectful, and positive team culture. Their focus goes beyond just footballing ability—teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship are just as important as goals and results.
